Lody, których nie musicie dziecku odmawiać

W Anglii mamy w tym roku wspaniałe lato - dużo słońca, mało deszczu. Oby częściej dopisywała nam taka pogoda. Odkryłam na internecie przepis na wspaniałe, zdrowe lody, do których zrobienia nie potrzeba maszynki do lodów. Chłopaki się zajadają, a ja się cieszę, bo to niezła porcja witamin.   Składniki: dojrzały banan, połowa miękkiego awokado, duża garść malin lub parę dorodnych truskawek, 2 łyżki jogurtu naturalnego lub słodkiej śmietany, trochę mleka. Podaję ilości, ale sama dodaję wszystkiego na oko - jeśli będzie za gęste, dolejcie mleka; jeśli chcecie wyrazistego smaku, dodajcie więcej truskawek bądź malin.   Maliny/truskawki oraz pokrojonego banana wkładam do woreczka i umieszczam na noc w zamrażalniku. Zamrożone owoce oraz resztę składników wkładam do miseczki i miksuję blenderem (masa jest gęsta, więc trzeba się trochę pobawić, ale warto). I mamy pyszne lody, które możemy podać w pucharkach lub wafelku. Smacznego!

    First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask
    if you don't mind. I was curious to know how
    you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
    I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
